Two Important Daily Questions to Ask Yourself

Have you tried the exercises in the Refire Your Mind Workbook yet? (If you need your free copy, visit here).

Well, I’ve got a few bonus exercises that can help you reach your fitness or wellness goals faster.

They help you think more deeply about your choices and actions which, in turn, can help you become more intentional, an important part of speeding up the process toward meeting your goals.

I recommend adding these two prompts to your journaling practice if you have one.

And if you’re not a journaler, simply go through these exercises in your head as you get ready for bed.

They’re especially effective at night. Here they are:

● Name 3 urges that you resisted today.

● Name 3 actions you took today that made you feel proud or successful.

These prompts are great because they focus on what you didn’t do … as well as what you did do.

Plus, taking a moment or two to reflect on our actions and choices gives us insight into what works for us and what doesn’t.

Here’s a quote that sums it up:

“The more reflective you are, the more effective you are.

– Pete Hall and Alisa Simeral

Here’s to being more effective!

Will you give this a try?!
