Create Real Change for 2022
You can overwhelm yourself with giant resolutions that feel right the week before the new year and then quickly become too much too soon, or this year can be different! You can start 2022 with an action plan that is a lot more doable. I suggest you decide on priorities instead of resolutions. This is a lot less stressful and they are more manageable. Declaring you want to lose weight is a resolution. Deciding you want to focus on exercising twice a week is setting a priority.

Why Body Transformations Don't Motivate Me
Since starting Refire Fitness, I have been told that the best marketing for my business was transformation pictures. (You know those side by sides you see in every infomercial for any fitness/health product ever). My Secret to Make Nutrition Easy!
If I had to pick one place to start when it comes nutrition, I would have to go with: Cook Your Own Food. It's the easiest way to have control over what you are eating and gets you really thinking about what your choosing to eat. If you cook your own food, you need to shop for your own food.
You need to plan meals and snacks.
You need to look at your schedule and determine what you need.
It's the one thing that forces you to really be a part of and hands on with your food

Fit Fitness Into Your Life
The great thing about fitness is that there is no one right way to do it! You can find and do what works for you and it can be as flexible as you need it to be. There is no rule that you have to stress about carving out an hour a day to workout - you can break it up however you need - as long as you do it!
