This challenge will be about building strength and burning fat at home!
With a small space and a pair of dumbbells, you’ll get step-by-step workouts to follow to get you stronger, leaner and improve your cardiovascular health. If you’re looking for a supportive and challenging plan – this is for you!
This is an Online Challenge – this means no commitment to time or location- workout when and where is best for you. This also means you can join the challenge no matter your physical location – if you have internet and Facebook, you can join the challenge. Once you sign up, you’ll be granted access to a private Facebook group where workouts, motivation, support and nutrition tips will be posted. You will be able to follow along with the posts, interact with a personal trainer and be a part of a supportive and encouraging environment.
