Favourite Stuff: Things I love


I get a lot of questions about what products I use and what I eat but we're not all the same and we need different stuff so I will share some items and products that I love instead! This way you can check them out if you're interested and see if it's something you want to try.

These are just some of my go-to products!


1. Almond Milk: I love using almond milk in my smoothies and for baking.

2. The Good Bean Chickpeas: An awesome snack - I carry a portion of these in my bag all the time! And they come in lots of flavours.

3. Peanut Butter: I could live on peanut butter! I love natural peanut butters on toast or on apple. I like this brand since you don't need to refrigerate it.

4. Spiralizer: This thing is awesome - I use it for zucchini noodles but you can spiral just about anything! 5. Blender Bottle: I use it mostly as a water bottle but I like them because they are usually larger than a normal bottle.

6. Baby Spinach: These greens go in my sandwiches, my salads, my smoothies and just about anywhere else I can think of! 7. Vega Protein Powder: I use this in my smoothies - it mixes really well. 8. Popcorn: This stuff is addicting! And not filled with crazy chemicals. 9. Sangria: Need I say more? I am not a big drinker, but this is my go-to if I need one :)
