What You Need:
2 cans of tuna, drained (make sure you drain it really well!)
2 eggs, beaten
1 tbsp lemon juice
½ cups chopped red onion (or white if you prefer)
Salt and pepper to taste
Garlic powder to taste
(feel free to get creative and add your favourite veggies)
What to Do:
Mix all ingredients in a bowl until well combined
Form the mixture into small patties (makes 8 patties)
Cook patties in a heated pan or skillet with olive oil (about 3-5 minutes per side)
Serve alone with a side salad or rice – or in a burger – however you like!
