Bye sad cereals! Chop your veggies for this breakfast recipe a few days or the night before and just toss them into a skillet with some eggs in the morning.
What You'll Need:
Chopped bell peppers
Chopped onions
Sliced mushrooms
Really just any veggies you love in any amount you want!
Pinches of salt and pepper
Pinches of seasonings of choice - try garlic or oregano
2 eggs, beaten
How To:
Heat a skillet on the stove with olive oil
Add veggies to the skillet and cook until tender
Add in beaten eggs and cook, stirring often until cooked through (adding salt, pepper and seasonings as preferred)
Enjoy!
