I’m excited to offer online challenges and this will be a great one to start off with – starting on September 9, 2017 until September 29. 2017.
If you’ve wanted to make some healthy changes but didn’t know how or where to start, then this challenge is perfect for you! This will be geared towards beginners and introduce healthy habits in small doses. You will get 21 days of focusing a little bit more on you and your health...and you don’t have to do it alone!
The challenge will be delivered and managed through a private Facebook group. There will be 3 workouts posted a week – each workout will be 30 minutes or less and require no equipment. You can do the workouts when and where is best for you – just get it done!
There will also be meal prep suggestions, food shopping list, recipes and motivational posts. I will provide the support and accountability – you will provide the commitment to the challenge! You can freely post in the group – let me know you’ve done the work out, ask questions, talk about nutrition, etc...!
The cost to enter is $25.00 payable by email transfer to firstname.lastname@example.org . Once payment is received, you will get a link to join the Facebook group. You get 21 days of access to a trainer, support and motivation. There will also be a random draw at the end of the challenge for the chance to win one month of online personal training!
