Keep it Simple with Macronutrients


It's so easy to get lost in an angry sea of over complicated nutrition information. Most people end up more confused and frustrated before they get through more than two articles. But my motto is, keep it simple! A good place to start if you're beginning to navigate learning more about nutrition is with macro-nutrients.

Macro-nutrients are the three main nutrients that make up the foods we eat - Protein, Fat and Carbohydrates. And we need them all! They all play huge parts in the amazing machine that we move around in.
