These dishes often have fewer hidden calories than their deep-fried counterparts. Bonus points if you spot the elusive "light" or "healthy choices" section on the menu!


Use Sidekick Substitution Swap out those sneaky sides! If you really want to balance our your meal, instead of fries, ask for a side salad, steamed veggies, or a baked potato. These little shifts can add up to a lot of awesome change.


Keep Dressing on the Side Watch out for those sneaky dressings that can turn your salad into a calorie bomb. Ask for dressings on the side or opt for vinaigrettes over creamy options. Drizzle, don't drench, and your taste buds.
