Workout With Me Video: Lower Body Moves

It's another leg day and you get to come along with me! You can follow along with me - use dumbbells if you have them or just your body weight.

Follow along with the video below!


The workout consists of 3 body weight moves that require barely any space.


  • Sumo Squat 10x

  • Staggered Deadlift 5x/leg

  • Ski Squat with Backwards Lunge 10x/leg


Complete all three moves with me - rest for 2 to 5 minutes and then repeat for as many circuits as your schedule allows!
