Meal Prep Recipe: Chicken Teriyaki Stir-fry
Keep dinner simple and have it prepped so you can walk in the door and just heat it! This stir fry is quick to prep and so, so good!! Chicken Teriyaki Stir-Fry Ingredients
3-4 chicken breasts, chopped
Chopped onions, bell peppers and green onions
Cooked rice (brown or white) - 1 cup per portion you want to prepare
1/2 cup soya sauce
1/2 cup honey 1 teaspoon garlic powder To taste: salt, pepper, sesame seeds How to:

My Pre-Workout Routine
I get asked about my pre-workout routine a lot so I figured I’d walk you through exactly what I do! The good news is that it’s actually a lot less complicated than you might think! Let’s start with the top question I get asked: “What do I eat before I work out?” This one has two answers for me personally.
