Rock The Holidays with Refire Fitness



This is an online program that will be delivered from December 4th until December 22nd through a private Facebook group online. The program will help you fit in physical activity and healthy habits throughout December so that you can enjoy the festivities while still feeling great! All you need is 30 minutes a day, a small space to workout at home or work and a mat for comfort.

As an Online Program – this means no commitment to time or location- workout when and where is best for you. Once you sign up, you’ll be granted access to a private Facebook group where workouts, motivation, support and nutrition tips will be posted. You will be able to follow along with the posts, interact with a personal trainer and be a part of a supportive and encouraging environment.

Cost: $25.00 by email transfer to lisa@refirefitness.ca Dates: December 4th to December 22nd (sign up by December 2nd!) Prize: Refire Fitness Training Plan E-Book of Choice (Winner will be selected by random draw at the end of the challenge)

Once you sign up and payment is received, you will receive a link to the private Facebook group. *note it is your responsibility to check in on the Facebook group regularly to follow the posts and stay up to date with the program every day. To help with accountability, I encourage you to check in with the group when you’ve complete a workout!

Program Breakdown Here’s how our schedule will run for the challenge. There will be four workouts a week and each workout will be 30 minutes or less. The workouts can be done at a pace that matches your level – the moves can also be modified as needed.

Schedule Monday: Cardio Tuesday: Strength Wednesday: 15 Minute Blast Thursday: Cardio Friday: Strength Saturday/Sunday: Rest / Walk / Prep for coming week *On rest and walk days, you should aim to get light physical activity for 20 to 30 minutes. You can break up the minutes throughout the day, for example you could walk in the morning for 15 minutes and walk in the evening with your family for 15 minutes (or even break it into 10 minute intervals throughout the day).
