Refire Fitness Move Better Challenge!

Hello November! I'm kicking the month off with a free challenge to warm up your body's mobility (just in time for the chilly weather!)


I'll be starting the Move Better Challenge on November 7th, 2021. It's free and will take you through 6 days of moving better. Your muscles and joints are in for some needed TLC!


This challenge involves a lot more than just a bunch of exercises to check off a list... You’ll actually learn a lot about how your body works – where you store tension, which muscles tend to get tight, and what exercises help you feel your absolute best.


You might find that what works best for you might be different from what helps someone else!


By the end of the 6 day challenge, you’ll notice how much better and effortlessly your body moves throughout the day.


The best part is, these exercises feel good – and you’ll likely notice a difference almost immediately. And it's not complicated! You don't need any equipment and you don't need to change your schedule!

→ Next, be sure to join the Refire Strong Facebook Group. You’ll get support and coaching – and you’ll also be able to connect with other amazing people participating in the challenge.


Starting on November 7th be sure to check the Refire Strong Facebook group for that day’s challenge assignment.
