Refire Your Mind Workbook

Mindfulness is one of those trendy words that gets thrown around so much that it’s hard to know exactly what it means.

Personally, I think of it as a superpower that can make everything in your life better. it helps you to be more present for all the moments (big and small) happening around you.

And the best thing is you don’t need any fancy tools or secret formulas to bring that superpower to life.

I’ve developed the Refire Your Mind Workbook to help you put mindfulness into practice in your daily life. Inside this workbook, you’ll find some fun exercises, writing prompts, and even some art projects - and it’s something you can even do with your whole family!

I'm offering the workbook free for a limited time - download your copy:

Learning how to be “present” for your life is a skill that can help you:

● Feel happier,

● Manage stress,

● Improve your health,

● Get better results, and

● Have more fun.

Science shows that people who are mindful are more focused and self-motivated.

→ Simply put, this means they’re more likely to reach their goals.

Plus, they also tend to choose more “internally driven” goals. Those are the kinds of goals linked with higher levels of happiness – the ones that help give their life more meaning.

And if that’s not a superpower, I don’t know what is!

So how do you cultivate this superpower in your everyday life?

  1. Try some of the exercises in the Refire Your Mind Workbook.

  2. Bring your awareness to whatever you’re doing instead of just rushing through it.

  3. A few times a day do a quick body scan to check if you’re holding tension anywhere.

  4. Take a look at your schedule. Is there too much on it? Is there something you can eliminate to create more space? Does your schedule align with your goals?

Mindfulness is like sleeping or eating. It’s not something that you can check off your to-do list. It needs to be practiced regularly in order to get the most benefit but the more you do it, the more benefits you reap.

Just something to think about.

Will you give this a try?!
