Banana Peanut Butter Bites


Banana Peanut Butter Bites are a satisfying snack and healthy! I love this combo and they can even be frozen for a cool and healthy snack. All you need is a banana and some peanut butter to put this together. The other great thing is you can dress this up as much as you want as well. You can add coconut shavings, chocolate chips, chocolate drizzle, dabs of jam, oatmeal flakes or nuts – etc…!


You’ll Need

  • 1 Banana (or more if you are serving more people)

  • 1-2 tablespoons of peanut butter (or more, depending on how many you are making)

How To

  • Slice up the banana and place it on a sheet

  • Add dabs of peanut butter onto a slice of banana and cover with another banana slice

  • Repeat until you have topped them all

  • Go ahead and enjoy as is or place in the freezer for 30 minutes!
