You can give me an excuse to not do this workout but it won't be that you don't have the needed equipment (because you don't need any for this one!), it won't be that you don't have the time (because it takes as little or as much time as you have!) and it won't be that you're not motivated (because you get to do it with me, so I mean, there's your frigging motivation!)
Follow along with the video below! The workout consists of 3 body weight cardio moves that require barely any space. Complete all three moves with me - rest for 2 to 5 minutes and then repeat for as many circuits as your schedule allows!
If you want to start a routine, use this workout three days a week - but always have a rest day in between each workout day and build up to completing 8 rounds! Use your rest days to get in a brisk walk and/or a gentle yoga routine. This would build a great foundation for you to begin committing to working out regularly.
