Workout With Me Video: Stress Relief Kickboxing


Need to get some aggression out? Feeling stressed and tense? I got you! Kickboxing is a great way to work out all of those feelings.

Follow along with the video below! The workout consists of 3 body weight cardio moves that require barely any space. Make sure to include some power behind your moves, really work out that stress! Complete all three moves with me - rest for 2 to 5 minutes and then repeat for as many circuits as your schedule allows!


If you want to start a routine, use this workout three days a week - but always have a rest day in between each workout day and build up to completing 8 rounds! Use your rest days to get in a brisk walk and/or a gentle yoga routine. This would build a great foundation for you to begin committing to working out regularly and to also keep your sanity!
