This recipe is an easy way to change things up! It's quick and healthy, with no crazy ingredients!
Bell Pepper Rings What You'll Need:
3 Bell Peppers (any colour)
Lean ground beef or ground turkey
Veggies of choice, diced (try tomatos,onions, corn, etc...anything you like!)
1 large egg
Shredded cheese
Seasonings of choice
Salt and pepper to taste (optional)
How To:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and spray baking sheet
Slice peppers into rings and place on the baking tray
In a bowl, combine ground meat with egg, veggies and seasonings - mix well
Fill each ring with the meat mixture and bake for 30-40 mins
Add cheese near the end of cooking time until melted That's it, enjoy!! Serve with a side salad, rice, pasta salad etc....
