Good Eats: Greek Chicken Pasta Salad


Use this as a side dish for a family meal or you can use it for a meal prep and use it all week!

What You'll Need:


  • Cooked chicken, shredded or cubed

  • Cooked pasta, cooled (any kind you like)

  • Veggies of choice, chopped (try carrots, red onion, peppers, broccoli, tomatoes)

  • Feta Cheese

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

  • Oil based Greek Salad Dressing

How To:

  • Cook chicken breasts with some seasonings

  • Cook pasta noodles, drain and cool with cold water, drain

  • Combine all ingredients into a large bowl and mix well

  • Serve as a side dish (or portion out into separate containers and eat for lunch all week!)
