Use this as a side dish for a family meal or you can use it for a meal prep and use it all week!
What You'll Need:
Cooked chicken, shredded or cubed
Cooked pasta, cooled (any kind you like)
Veggies of choice, chopped (try carrots, red onion, peppers, broccoli, tomatoes)
Feta Cheese
Salt and pepper, to taste
Oil based Greek Salad Dressing
How To:
Cook chicken breasts with some seasonings
Cook pasta noodles, drain and cool with cold water, drain
Combine all ingredients into a large bowl and mix well
Serve as a side dish (or portion out into separate containers and eat for lunch all week!)
