A great recipe to try if you have a goal of eating more vegetables! You can use it as a side dish to a meal or as a snack.
What You'll Need:
1 medium cauliflower - cut into pieces
1/2 cup of flour
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and pepper (to taste)
2 tablespoons melted butter
3/4 cup of Franks Hot Sauce (or buffalo sauce of choice)
How To:
Set oven to 450 and grease a baking sheet with olive oil
In a mixing bowl, mix flour, water, salt and pepper
Add cauliflower to the mix, coat well and spread into one layer on baking sheet
Bake for 15 minutes, flip once and remove from the oven
In another bowl mix together melted butter and buffalo sauce - add baked cauliflower and toss to coat
Place back onto the baking sheet and bake for another 20-30 minutes (or until crispy)
Serve with dressing of choice - try ranch, Caesar or sour cream
