Good Eats: Spicy Cauliflower Bites


A great recipe to try if you have a goal of eating more vegetables! You can use it as a side dish to a meal or as a snack.


What You'll Need:

  • 1 medium cauliflower - cut into pieces

  • 1/2 cup of flour

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • Salt and pepper (to taste)

  • 2 tablespoons melted butter

  • 3/4 cup of Franks Hot Sauce (or buffalo sauce of choice)

How To:

  • Set oven to 450 and grease a baking sheet with olive oil

  • In a mixing bowl, mix flour, water, salt and pepper

  • Add cauliflower to the mix, coat well and spread into one layer on baking sheet

  • Bake for 15 minutes, flip once and remove from the oven

  • In another bowl mix together melted butter and buffalo sauce - add baked cauliflower and toss to coat

  • Place back onto the baking sheet and bake for another 20-30 minutes (or until crispy)

  • Serve with dressing of choice - try ranch, Caesar or sour cream
