Workout With Me Video: Lower Body Circuit


You can give me an excuse to not do this workout buuuuut.......:

- it won't be that you don't have the needed equipment (because you don't need any for this one!) - it won't be that you don't have the time (because it takes as little or as much time as you have!)

- it won't be that you're not motivated (because you get to do it with me, so I mean, there's your frigging motivation!)

Follow along with the video below! The workout consists of 3 body weight moves that require barely any space.

Curtsy Lunges 10x Squats 10x Backwards Lunge 10x

Complete all three moves with me - rest for 2 to 5 minutes and then repeat for as many circuits as your schedule allows!
