Meet Amber- She's a busy mom of 3 (yes.....that's right, 3!) and worker who also had to take one the role of teacher thanks to the pandemic! Being alongside Amber, virtually, for her journey has been so inspiring! I'm always amazed at how she gets it done despite the chaos around her and how far she has come since starting. She is a refreshing reminder that it's not about "finding" time, but making ourselves a priority!
Amber: " I have always wanted to achieve good results, feel confident about myself and improve my overall health and well being. As a mother to 3 boys under 7, I rarely have time to make myself a priority.
I spent the last couple years watching fitness videos, trying new diets, working out at the gym some days, and making plans of new challenges I had hoped would help me lose weight. I often felt overwhelmed at so many different routines and this caused me to stop trying.
One day I came across a friends story, about her fitness journey and was amazed at how successful and happy she was with her results. I decided to message Lisa at Refire Fitness about online training, and I couldn’t be happier that I did.
Before training started I was feeling overwhelmed by so many different strength training and cardio routines, I didn’t even know where to start. Since starting with her and following a plan, I can’t believe I am actually seeing real results, gaining strength, balance and losing inches.
I love having someone at the finish line, someone who is understanding of the challenges, someone who motivates me along the way. Having a trainer has been the reason I have been more successful with my fitness journey so far!
I am feeling more energized, and starting to see my upper body more toned. This has all allowed me to become more motivated than I ever have been to keep going with my health journey.
Some days are harder than others to fit in a work out, but I am determined to try harder than I ever have to make my health a priority. I am building confidence along the way and am very happy with my results so far.
I plan to continue on with Refire Fitness to see just how well I can do, and to continue to challenge myself! "
