Meet Sonya- She's a busy professional, student and fur mom of 2! Being alongside Sonya, virtually, for her journey has been such an honour! I'm always amazed at her work ethic and dedication to keep herself high on her to-do list. She has made her health a priority and she actually enjoys it. Which means her fur babies get an extra happy and feeling good momma!

What I love most about the online service?
Everything about it, Lisa asks me what I am looking for and will design something that fits for me, what I have access to, what is my time commitment per week etc…
I also love the lack of pressure from Lisa, I have enough self-pressure and she gives me reminders when I need them (have you done this work out today yet Sonya?). I appreciate her gentle and firm approach.
I am not an app person but I have found using the app easier than I thought and I really like the videos Lisa has up so you can go back and refresh your memory about your stance and form with a particular move.
I feel really good about my choice of online training, it provides flexibility that I need to fit this in and a variety of body movement programs."
