Steel Cut Oatmeal - Peanut Butter and Banana
What You’ll Need
1/3 cup of steel cut oats
About 1 cup of water (depending on the consistency you like)
1 small banana
A few drops of vanilla extract (optional)
1 small spoonful of peanut butter
1/3 cup of granola of choice
How to:
Place the oats in a bowl and add the water
Microwave for 3-5 minutes (checking often for preference of consistency)
Add in peanut butter, vanilla extract, banana slices and granola
