The best way to get success is to have a plan! I like to have some idea of what I want my workouts to look like for the week. It helps me with making sure I keep variety in my plan and it really, really helps on the days where I'm lacking motivation - if I have plan, then I just have to show up and follow it!
So, I'm giving you a piece of the puzzle to start your own plan. This weekly plan is printable and you can build your workouts on it. Keep it in your planner, post it on your mirror - whatever you need to do to get 'er done!
