You can give me an excuse to not do this workout but:
- it won't be that you don't have the needed equipment (because you don't need any for this one!) - it won't be that you don't have the time (because it takes as little or as much time as you have!)
- it won't be that you're not motivated (because you get to do it with me, so I mean, there's your frigging motivation!)
Follow along with the video below! The workout consists of 3 body weight cardio moves that require barely any space. Complete all three moves with me - rest for 2 to 5 minutes and then repeat for as many circuits as your schedule allows!
If you want to start a routine, use this workout three days a week - but always have a rest day in between each workout day and build up to completing 8 rounds! Use your rest days to get in a brisk walk and/or a gentle yoga routine. This would build a great foundation for you to begin committing to working out regularly.
